Reflect on your work and set goals for the person you want to become.
■Training Content Using LEGO blocks to shape and explain one's own job, participants will reflect on their work while answering questions. They will reassess their current approach to their job, including the content and significance of their responsibilities (social contribution), their mindset towards work, and how they interact with customers.
